Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, strength training, and functional mobility exercises.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for managing symptoms effectively.
• Monitoring patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary, and documenting all relevant information in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and referring physicians to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Participating in continuous education by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skill set, particularly in pelvic floor rehabilitation and advanced manual therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a skilled Physical Therapist, you will work with patients of varying ages, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life through specialized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required; advanced education is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California is mandatory.
• CPR Certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

In addition to qualifications, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following experience and skills:

• Expertise in pelvic floor rehabilitation is a key asset; certification as a Pelvic Floor Specialist is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
