Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and implement risk assessment and safety planning based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience and create a community of support among clients.
