Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the psychological and emotional needs of clients.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples and families, ensuring that all members participate in the counseling process.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, addressing personal issues and challenges faced by each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of individuals and families.

• Address common issues such as grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and medical issues to promote healing and understanding.

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse clientele, including adults and children. You will work closely with families facing numerous challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
