Description - Your Mission

• Carry out both routine and specialized laboratory tests-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing whenever required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new team members or interns, and help uphold the laboratory's quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your tenure.
