Administrative Office Assistant

Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the office staff
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with customer support inquiries
  • Prepare and submit weekly payrolls
  • Assist with payment submission.
  • Filing of environmental projects with NYC DEP, DOL and USEPA

Experience:

  • Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
  • Familiar with LCMs system is preferred.
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
  • Familiarity with LCMs, QuickBooks, DEP ARTs System, SCA EnFo and other relevant software applications is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type:

Full-time (In Person)

Salary:

$41,500 - $52,000 depending on experience.
