Collections Agent

A company is looking for a Collections Agent. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze delinquent accounts to determine resolution strategies Contact clients to discuss accounts and negotiate repayment plans Document interactions and monitor compliance with payment plans Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 2 years experience in consumer collections Strong understanding of financial products and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software High level of integrity and commitment to client confidentiality
