Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based methods to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Provide telehealth services or attend in-person sessions with students, offering therapeutic interventions tailored to individual and group needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.

• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to advocate for student mental health, ensuring holistic support for each client.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices and legal guidelines related to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly serves K-12 students, addressing a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral health issues. You will play a crucial role in identifying and alleviating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will help students develop coping strategies, emotional awareness, and the ability to engage positively with their peers and educational opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and current license to practice as an LCSW or equivalent.

• Strong organizational skills and proactive management of scheduling to optimize client appointments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing telehealth services and using digital health platforms to deliver remote therapy sessions effectively.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Proficiency with tools such as Google G-suite and TheraNest practice management software is an advantage.
