Automotive Sales Manager: Lead, Coach & Close Deals

Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales team in Laguna Niguel, CA. The role focuses on desk deals, coaching consultants, managing CRM follow-up, and improving both sales volume and gross profit. You will set standards for process, accountability, and customer experience, mentor staff daily, and participate in pricing conversations and inventory strategy.
