Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Current Kansas State Teaching License with appropriate endorsement
• Preferred: License in school psychology, social work, or school counseling
• Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Background in providing school-based behavioral support, BCBA, or related experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to support student success
• Implement data-driven behavior interventions across K-12 settings
• Collaborate closely with school teams, parents, and staff
• Offer coaching and training to educators on behavior management strategies
• Provide crisis intervention and promote a positive school climate
• Travel between multiple school districts as an itinerant specialist
