Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, which may include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management.

• Timely completion of necessary documentation to uphold governance and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to bolster treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and enact positive behavior support plans, enhancing the clients’ overall well-being.

• Engage proactively in all licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of practice.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care delivery.

• Ensure clear communication channels with team and community stakeholders to meet organizational goals and promote our mission.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our mental health programs and secure potential partnerships and funding.

• Seek continuous personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and community events related to mental health.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n
