Now Hiring: Project Information Management Specialist (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Project Information Management Specialist to support the development and implementation of the infrastructure, processes, and controls necessary to efficiently manage and secure project-related documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project records are properly maintained, controlled, and archived throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project information management processes and infrastructure
• Manage and secure vendor documents, construction documents, quality records, and vital business records
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions for project information management and document control
• Coordinate the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and archival submission of construction work packages
• Ensure documentation complies with project requirements, records retention standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Partner with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain accurate and complete project records
Qualifications:
• Experience in project information management, document control, records management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, utility, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Knowledge of document management systems and revision control processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a project environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
