Job Summary:
The Project Information Management Coordinator is responsible for processing, securing, and maintaining project-related documentation, including vendor documents, construction records, quality records, and business records. This role supports document control processes, data entry, records management, quality audits, and document retrieval while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, maintain, and secure physical and electronic project records.
- Perform data entry, document control, and records management activities.
- Assign, classify, store, and retain asset records in accordance with company procedures.
- Conduct quality checks, audits, and data clean-up activities.
- Prepare documents for use, storage, and archival.
- Assist with document search, retrieval, revision control, and record submissions.
- Support the assembly and archival of construction work packages.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with data entry and document control.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
