What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during each shift
• Follow hospital policies and protocols, including dress code (personal scrubs of any color)

What You Need

• Massachusetts RN license (must be uploaded and verified at application)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of critical care experience
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
