At BairesDev, we've been leading technology projects for over 15 years, delivering cutting-edge solutions remotely for a diverse team of 4,000+ experts. We are seeking an Account Manager based in Texas to build long-term client relationships, understand business needs, and drive growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Build long-term relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients.
- Create Account Plans and report on growth results regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals and networking.
- Bring in new business leads, negotiate, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results.
What we are looking for
- Experience in sales or client management roles in the IT/Tech industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing client relationships.
- Must be based in Texas.
