DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring an Customer Service / Call Center Representative
We’re looking for Call Center Representative to be the vital link between our service department and our valued customers! Embark on an opportunity that leads to career growth!
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone etiquette, and communication skills
- A positive, patient, and active listener
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous Service BDC preferred

What You’ll Do:
- Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
- Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience
- Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
