Consumer Insights Manager

We're partnering with a growing food and beverage organization seeking a Customer & Commercial Insights Manager to help drive a more consumer-led and data-driven commercial strategy.

This newly created role will serve as the bridge between insights, analytics, and commercial execution, helping Sales, R&D, and leadership teams translate consumer, customer, category, and market data into actionable business recommendations.

The ideal candidate brings experience within CPG or food and beverage, strong syndicated data expertise (Numerator preferred), exceptional storytelling skills, and the ability to create compelling customer-facing insights that influence business decisions and drive growth.

What You'll Do

• Analyze consumer, customer, category, and market data
• Develop actionable insights and customer selling stories
• Partner closely with Sales, R&D, and commercial teams
• Build reporting, processes, and insights capabilities where gaps exist
• Support innovation and growth initiatives through data-driven recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Food & Beverage or CPG experience
• Strong consumer, customer, and category insights background
• Experience with syndicated data platforms (Numerator preferred)
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders through data and storytelling
• Comfortable building processes and structure in a growing environment
