As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Retail Media Manager – Amazon & Walmart who can own advertising strategy, execution, and optimization across a portfolio of consumer brands.

\n

The Role\n

The Retail Media Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect .

\n

\n

This is a hands-on performance marketing role . We are looking for someone who can get directly into advertising accounts, analyze performance, make optimizations, build campaigns, manage budgets, and develop strategies that drive profitable growth.

\n

\n

You will work closely with our marketplace, account management, creative, and operations teams to ensure advertising strategy is aligned with each brand's overall sales goals, inventory position, promotions, and profitability targets.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate can look at an advertising account, quickly understand what is working and what isn't, identify opportunities for growth, implement changes, and clearly communicate performance and strategy to both our internal team and clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Own day-to-day management of Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect campaigns across assigned client accounts.
\n
• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other available retail media campaigns.
\n
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, search term analysis, competitor research, and campaign expansion.
\n
• Manage campaign budgets, bids, targeting, placements, match types, and overall account structure.
\n
• Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability .
\n
• Develop advertising strategies designed to increase sales while maintaining efficient ad spend.
\n
• Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns, products, keywords, and audiences.
\n
• Reduce wasted ad spend by identifying inefficient keywords, targeting, placements, and campaigns.
\n
• Develop advertising strategies around product launches, promotions, Prime events, seasonal periods, and major retail moments.
\n
• Analyze organic ranking and total marketplace performance alongside paid advertising performance.
\n
• Work with marketplace teams to ensure advertising strategy aligns with inventory, pricing, promotions, content, and overall account goals.
\n
• Provide clear weekly and monthly performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
\n
• Participate in client calls when needed to explain advertising performance, strategy, and next steps.
\n
• Troubleshoot campaign and advertising account issues across Amazon and Walmart.
\n
• Proactively identify opportunities for clients rather than simply maintaining existing campaigns.
\n
• Stay current on changes to Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, retail media platforms, advertising products, and marketplace best practices.

\n

Experience working at an eCommerce agency or managing paid media for multiple brands is strongly preferred.

\n

\n

Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, beauty, wellness, household, supplements, or other consumer brands is a major plus.

\n
