Executive Administrative Assistant
HRM Services is looking for an organized and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and help keep our corporate office running smoothly. This position works closely with multiple departments and assists with administrative tasks, employee support, office coordination, and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to company leadership.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications.
- Schedule meetings and assist with calendars.
- Maintain files, records, and company documents.
- Help manage office supplies, company apparel, and equipment.
- Support special projects and follow up on deadlines as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
Part time hours: 24 hours per week
Pay Range: $15-18 per hour based on experience
