Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entry points, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and communicate with site contacts and local responders when needed. Support loss prevention and store operations by documenting incidents, assisting with crowd management during busy periods, and following post orders for daily activity. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. X-Ray screening experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
