A growing boutique family law firm based in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced family law litigation associate. The firm represents a range of clients in a variety of industries and provides services for Child Custody, Divorce, Domestic Violence and Mediation.

 

This position has been created to support the Firm’s managing partner and is a hybrid position.

 

Duties:

- This position requires strong writing skills, especially as they relate to drafting motions and managing all phases of discovery.

- Experience drafting dispositive motions in Los Angeles County Superior Court is preferred.

- At least 3-7 years of family law experience is preferred, but not required.

- This is a full-time position. This position will be about 40 hours a week, with the potential for more.

- Duties may also include appearing at hearings and settlement conferences, taking and defending depositions and prepping for trial as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130K - $175K/ yr DOE

Expected hours: 40hrs per week
