Key Responsibilities\n

• INDEPENDENT CLINICAL PRACTICE: Engage directly with clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups, both in virtual settings and community outreach initiatives.

• CASE MANAGEMENT: Create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual client needs, facilitating access to linked services and assisting in navigating healthcare systems.

• TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with integrated service teams, contributing to collective goals by sharing insights and best practices to improve patient outcomes.

• PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION: Provide immediate, evidence-based interventions during crises, ensuring client safety and introducing preventive measures as required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
