Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher eager to make an impact for the academic year starting August 1 and ending around May 22. You’ll enjoy a steady weekday schedule, working five days a week with seven-hour days, fostering meaningful growth for students in one school building.

Qualifications include:

• Appropriate state certification: Part-time applicants may hold 144 or 145 licenses; full-time candidates should have a comprehensive 461 license.
• Experience or strong interest in working with grades 3–8.
• Welcome to new graduates who are dedicated and ready to learn.
• Passion and experience in special education settings, particularly supporting students with disabilities including autism, SLD, OHI, and more.
• Comfort with in-person instruction (virtual options are not available for this position).

In this position, you’ll:

• Provide instruction and support in inclusion (part-time) or extended resource (full-time) models, tailored to a range of disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborate with other educators and families, and track student progress.
• Foster a supportive, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and growth.
• Engage in ongoing professional collaboration within a dedicated team.
