Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate care that promotes client recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
