Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and openness.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders in accordance with established standards.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and couples, focusing on achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to specialists when necessary.

• Document patient interactions and progress systematically to maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in guiding patients—from children and adolescents to adults and families—through various challenges in their lives, ultimately promoting healthier living and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treatment of mental health and co-occurring disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate successful therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and proven expertise. Employees will also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
