A revolutionary, hospitality-focused roaming social club dedicated to curating unforgettable Culinary Experiences!
Our mission is to execute a dynamic range of programming every 3 weeks at stunning residential venues across LA—including multi-course dinners from numerous Cuisines, Brunches, Cooking and Cocktail Classes, Wine & Spirits Education, Coffee-making Workshops, and Tea Ceremonies.
We are looking for a highly skilled, Michelin-trained chef to join our current rotating 2-Chef culinary team.
Because we are a startup in the beta testing phase, we need someone who has the financial stability and schedule flexibility to take on part-time, project-based work right now.
As we prepare for our official public launch in the next 6 months, this role will expand into steady, consistent work with significant opportunities for career growth, menu collaboration, and leadership.
Execute highly curated, pre-developed or Original Menus and recipes for our pop-up events.
Plate at a Michelin-level standard, ensuring every dish is visually stunning and consistent.
Manage time efficiently during off-site prep and fast-paced, live-action event service.
Collaborate seamlessly with our front-of-house, beverage partners, and operations team.
Michelin Experience: You MUST have a minimum of one (1) solid year of experience actively working in the kitchen of a Michelin-rated or Michelin-starred restaurant.
Plating & Precision: Exceptional, modern plating skills and an eye for high-end culinary aesthetics.
Work Ethic & Adaptability: A relentless work ethic , calm under pressure, and the ability to execute flawlessly in varying private kitchen environments.
Availability: The flexibility to commit to at least one pop-up event per month.
Communication: Strong, prompt, professional communication skills are a major plus—we operate as a tight-knit team and value collaboration.
