Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide referrals to specialists and other resources as needed, enhancing clients' support systems based on their individual circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and therapy progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and addiction. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and foster healthier relationships, positively influencing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
