What You’ll Do Develop customized tax and estate planning strategies for closely held businesses. Protect assets and minimize tax liabilities for clients. Ensure seamless transitions for client matters and advisor continuity. Qualifications JD degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the State Bar. 2–3 years of experience in tax and estate planning, particularly with business owners. Strong analytical, communication, and independent problem-solving skills. Nice To Have Experience drafting wills, trusts, and partnership agreements. Knowledge of current tax laws and compliance requirements. Ability to develop comprehensive business succession plans. Ideal Candidate Qualifications Proven expertise in estate and tax planning within a law firm or corporate setting. Passion for advising businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
