Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Clinician, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients effectively.

• Facilitating clinical psychotherapy sessions utilizing therapeutic and preventative techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, essential for compliance with state requirements.

• Regularly attending and participating in team staff meetings and weekly supervision to enhance clinical skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintaining licensing requirements specific to practice in Washington State, including adherence to ethical standards and continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health treatment to a diverse clientele aged 9 and older, including adolescents and adults. You will employ evidence-based practices to address various mental health challenges, working to build meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s Degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Capacity to uphold appropriate Professional Liability Insurance coverage, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
