Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms to inform treatment decisions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and support systems.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders and effective treatment options, incorporating self-care strategies and resources into sessions.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices related to mood disorders, contributing to enhanced clinical strategies within the organization.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality of care and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients dealing with mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Many clients come from diverse backgrounds and may have unique cultural considerations that influence their therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
