Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client.

• Implement therapeutic approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, aimed at promoting healing, personal growth, and resilience.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that set clear goals and measurable interventions, regularly adjusting plans in response to client progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care tailored to the client’s needs.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and prepare safety plans as required in pressing situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, which is vital for effective case management and treatment follow-up.
