In this full-time remote position, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized mental health care to a diverse clientele while working from the comfort of your home or our outpatient office in Goodyear, Arizona. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client's background, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and aspirations, adjusting strategies as needed to facilitate progress.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors, to ensure comprehensive care and support for each client.

• Engage in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging therapies.

• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback to improve service delivery and program effectiveness within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from mild anxiety and stress to severe trauma and relational issues. In this role, you will work with individuals and families, utilizing tailored approaches that respect and understand their cultural and personal experiences. Your work will play a crucial role in fostering mental wellness within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure and certification in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three years of experience in a mental health setting, specifically working with individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients, creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, which will enhance your ability to document client interactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.

• Experience in providing therapy in both individual and group formats.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on your caseload and experience.
