Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize solution-focused strategies to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Implement a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients develop coping mechanisms and improve their mental health.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

• Engage in collaborative case consultations and peer review sessions with the mental health team to share insights, enhance treatment effectiveness, and streamline patient care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and community resources to empower them on their healing journeys.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health practices to ensure the highest standard of care is provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
