Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to assess their needs and collaboratively set achievable treatment goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy that addresses both immediate issues and long-term mental health wellness.

• Implement and regularly review personalized treatment plans that meet the evolving needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and uphold confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide culturally competent care to a diverse population, ensuring that each client's unique background and experiences are respected in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and the ability to leverage them for client benefit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to ethical practice in mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
