This role is entirely remote, allowing you to facilitate therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans that aim to improve their mental health.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance client engagement and promote self-efficacy.

• Maintain consistent communication with other mental health professionals and external resources to provide cohesive and comprehensive care.

• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings to ensure you are informed about the latest research, practices, and compliance standards in mental health therapy.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain client records in electronic medical records systems, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Contribute to the development of new programs or workshops designed to improve client engagement and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic process and enhances your understanding of varied psychological needs. You will use your skills to not only provide therapy but to psychoeducate clients about their conditions and encourage active participation in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of working with individuals experiencing emotional and psychological distress.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to swiftly establish rapport with diverse clients.
\n
• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical records systems is preferred, ensuring efficient client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or group therapy facilitation would be advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling is also recommended.
