This remote role allows for a work-life balance that respects your personal time, with a schedule that operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an accurate understanding of their experience.

• Partner with clients to craft personalized treatment plans, aligning strategies with their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and self-care techniques.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans when necessary to enhance effectiveness and address evolving challenges.

• Maintain diligent and confidential documentation of all client interactions, evaluations, and treatment methodologies, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You’ll have the opportunity to support individuals in managing their symptoms, improving their coping skills, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.

• Proven expertise in employing evidence-based treatment strategies tailored to mood disorders.

• Sound understanding of psychopharmacology to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists on integrated treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
