As a remote team member, you will engage with clients from the comfort of their own spaces via our telehealth facility. The flexible work environment allows mental health professionals to manage their schedules effectively while ensuring that clients receive timely support. Our center operates Monday through Saturday, providing ample opportunities to create a sustainable work-life balance with the flexibility of working 10 to 40 hours or more per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, and families to establish a clear understanding of their needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment strategies, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects patient progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate client engagement and guide them through their personalized care plans.

• Provide case management by liaising with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for your clients.

• Maintain a commitment to ethical practice with prompt completion of required documentation, reflecting both the clinical progress and needs of clients.

As a mental health provider at Belfry Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse individuals, tailoring your approach to meet the unique circumstances and requirements of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in mental health counseling or therapy.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
