Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, fostering a deep understanding of their challenges and strengths.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage in regular progress monitoring and therapeutic goal-setting with clients, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments or face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring access to care regardless of circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass a diverse clientele, including couples facing relational challenges, children and adolescents dealing with emotional or behavioral issues, and families seeking support during transitions. Experience with clients from various backgrounds, including people of color and members of the LGBTQIA community, is highly valued, enriching the therapeutic experience and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of New York.
\n
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience

• Proven experience in working effectively with couples, families, children, and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a generous benefit package that includes:
