Operations Specialist

Acting as the primary point of contact for partners, the full-time Operations Specialist will resolve complex issues related to reconciliation, compliance, and customer inquiries while overseeing unmatched settlements and collaborating with internal teams to drive operational efficiencies in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Resolve complex issues for partners, managing account relationships and ensuring compliance with reconciliation processes Oversee the reconciliation of unmatched settlements and address high-dollar adjustments for assigned financial institutions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement process improvements and enhance service delivery Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 4+ years of experience in bank operations, partner support, or financial services Experience in settlement reconciliation, inventory management, and troubleshooting technical issues Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial regulations and risk mitigation practices Proficient in Microsoft Office and other financial systems and applications
