Hotel Accounting Manager

:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or equivalent and 4+ years in hotel accounting or audit, Fixed Assets accounting with experience in a supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. However, a combination of experience and education will be taken into consideration.
• Responsible for Capital Projects and Fixed Assets.
• Assist in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements for the property.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Effectively manage and communicate related issues to manage receivables, payables, daily cash balances, and timely deposits of all funds.
• Monitor hotel revenues and expenses and ensure the accurate recording following GAAP and government-established guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
