Cabinet & Millwork CNC Operator

Closet Factory of Kentucky is seeking a skilled Cabinet & Millwork CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will operate and maintain CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinetry and millwork products, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $24.00 to $29.00, with bi-weekly pay periods.
Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machine for cabinetry and millwork production.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and quality.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Operate forklift as needed to move materials and products within the facility safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed in the workspace.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC machinery, preferably in cabinetry or millwork.
Forklift operation experience and valid certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to adhering to safety standards and workplace policies.
