About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Integrated Logistics Solutions with a focus on power. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of the company's ILS at an executive level. This role involves providing leadership to development, commercial, and execution teams, evaluating opportunities and strategies for power plant developments, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The SVP will also be tasked with fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and collaboration, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing a diverse project execution team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, legal profession, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 20 years' of direct work experience in the field. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record of superior leadership, the ability to drive positive change, and a strong background in project management skills. Essential qualifications include a basic understanding of power plant projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage large project budgets. The ideal candidate will also have an advanced degree, training in project management software, and knowledge of industry standards and specifications. The role demands a high level of integrity, the ability to work with diverse teams, and a commitment to the company's values of safety, reliability, and sustainability.
