Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with recent Home Health experience to join their team in Lombard, IL. This travel role focuses on providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, delivering crucial medical attention in a dynamic home health environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Provide wound care, infusion, lab draws, and ostomy care
• Manage and teach patients on use of drains like Pleurx, JP, and biliary
• Administer peripheral blood draws and central line care
• Perform IV administration through multiple devices
• Collaborate effectively with other specialties such as PT, OT, and Speech
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (EPIC preferred)

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid IL RN license and BLS certification
• Reliable transportation with active driver's license and auto insurance
• Experience with wound vacs and central line care
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system is preferred
