Top Manhattan plaintiff's personal injury firm hiring for entry level associate. Must have at least 6 months-1 year of prior plaintiff personal injury experience. The firm will also consider attorneys with public sector litigation experience (Assistant District Attorney, etc.) but trial experience is required. The position offers advancement potential to handling your own caseload. Excellent opportunity to join a premiere firm and advance up to signficant earning potential.
Compensation (base salary) depends on experience. Note: New law graduates and those without prior work experience at a plaintiff personal injury firm (other than those in an ADA/public sector position experience) will not be considered.
All candidates MUST possess the following (any candidates lacking any of the following will not be considered):
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
- Willingness to work 5 days a week in office
- Strong academic credentials;
- Exceptional research & writing skills (writing samples will be requested);
- Dedicated and hard-working;
- Desire to learn;
- Able to multi-task;
- Able to handle a large work load;
- Able to efficiently prioritize work;
- Able to perform independently;
- Able to perform under pressure;
