Our platform supports thousands of notarizations each month and powers integrations with partners across industries including legal, construction, insurance, and financial services.

We are currently expanding our platform capabilities, including AI-assisted document creation, enterprise integrations, and international expansion. We are also expanding our markets into the USA.

About the Role

We are hiring a Product Manager to help drive execution across our platform and increase our overall service revenue. This role will focus on translating business priorities into clear product requirements and ensuring our engineering team can build and ship efficiently, establishing core product principles, and keeping our focus on optimizing our revenue to deliver unparalleled technology backed legal services.

Product strategy and company direction are led by executive leadership. This role is responsible for product execution, delivery coordination, and roadmap management.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on product delivery. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a founder-led product environment where priorities are closely tied to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Product Execution

• Translate business initiatives into clear product requirements
• Write product specifications and acceptance criteria
• Break initiatives into actionable development tasks
• Establish core product principles
• Optimize service revenue through product capabilities

Roadmap & Backlog Management

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in line with stakeholder expectations
• Support roadmap planning and sprint cycles
• Ensure engineering teams have clear priorities and balance between agile/iterative work and core IT needs.

Engineering Coordination

• Act as a liaison between leadership and engineering
• Clarify requirements and resolve product questions
• Ensure features are delivered as specified
• Ensure engineering and development are aligned with product principles

Release Coordination

• Coordinate product releases and internal communication Validate features before launch

Product Improvement

• Gather user feedback and identify product improvements
• Monitor feature performance and adoption
• Work closely with Marketing to translate insights and learnings into revenue opportunities

Key Product Areas

• Incorporating AI
• Enterprise integrations and APIs
• Partner platform integrations
• Platform workflow improvements
• Expansion into new markets and services

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–7 years of Product Management experience
• Strong experience writing product requirements and managing backlogs
• Experience working with a high frequency digital service/product

Important: This role requires true product management experience including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and working directly with engineering teams. Candidates whose background is primarily project management, program management, or delivery management will not be a fit.

Skills

• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional product delivery Experience writing clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B and B2C environments
• Experience working with technical teams and software platforms Familiarity with digital workflow or platform-based products
