• Conduct detailed initial assessments via secure video calls to develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and needs of each client.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, adjusting treatment strategies based on the progress and feedback of clients.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Utilize digital tools for mental health screenings, identifying key areas that require support and adjusting plans accordingly.

• Participate in case reviews and collaborative discussions to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in telehealth.

• Take part in ongoing development of best practices in the field of mental health counseling to enhance service delivery.

You will work with a wide variety of clients, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our client base is diverse, reflecting different genders, ages, backgrounds, and cultural identities. Your work will significantly impact their mental and emotional well-being, helping to create individualized pathways for healing and personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in one of the following fields: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• You must possess a thorough understanding of therapeutic techniques and best practices within the field of mental health.
\n
• Familiarity with digital mental health platforms and teletherapy methodologies is preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a strong capacity for empathy and understanding are essential traits for this role.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in mental health counseling, specifically with individuals dealing with complex behavioral health issues.

• Experience in providing group counseling, family therapy, and crisis intervention services.
\n
• Knowledge and experience in working with clients from various backgrounds and with differing mental health conditions, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse issues.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
