Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual assessments and screenings to gain insights into clients' mental health and substance abuse history, utilizing structured tools and methodologies.

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based approaches tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Providing education and resources to clients' families to enhance their involvement in the therapeutic process and support the clients’ recovery.

• Collaborating with other members of the treatment team—including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers—to ensure holistic and integrated care strategies.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring that client records are meticulously managed and secure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on clients who have been pre-screened and are stable with low acuity, allowing you to concentrate on building therapeutic relationships and implementing effective interventions without excessive crisis management. You will work primarily with adolescents and young adults, providing much-needed support as they navigate various life challenges.

Qualifications\n

Candidates for this role must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations.

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in using Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly preferred:
