Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and cultural competency.

• Consult with and counsel patients on various mental health programs available in the community, including services for schools and incarcerated populations, ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate referrals, connecting clients with appropriate community resources based on assessed needs, such as group therapy or substance use programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Counselor will work primarily with a diverse client population, which may include individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ages, and mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
