Job type: Full-time
Compensation: $32.00-$40.00/HR
Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs.
Qualifications:
- License: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Certification: BLS up on hire.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Valid New Mexico RN license or active Compact RN license – required
- Associate Degree in Nursing – required
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience – required
