Executive Assistant
$30 - $40 per hourLHH
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant for a contract opportunity to provide high?level administrative support to senior leadership in a fast?paced, professional environment. This role is fully on?site in Newark, NJ, and requires someone who thrives in a hands?on, in?office setting and can serve as a trusted partner to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to one or more senior executives
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
- Serve as a key point of contact, handling emails and communications with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
- Support office?based activities and day?to?day workflow for leadership
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and ad hoc initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and high?level information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior?level administrative professional
- Strong organizational, time?management, and prioritization skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow?through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working on?site in an office environment
The Salary Range for this role is $30-40 per hour.
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
