Litigation Associate Attorney

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join our growing Insurance Defense practice in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands-on pre-suit and litigation experience, receive mentorship from experienced attorneys, and build a long-term career in a fast-paced legal environment. Requirements Assist with all aspects of presuit and litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft demand responses, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence Attend hearings, depositions, vehicle inspections, settlement conferences, mediations, and court appearances Conduct legal research and case analysis Work closely with shareholders and senior attorneys on complex matters Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active Florida Bar admission or pending admission results Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively Benefits We offer competitive pay, top-tier medical insurance, 401(k) with matching, and much more.
